PA Releases RFP for New Location

Wednesday, April 2, 2025

Project Adventure has released a Request for Proposals for a new location for its offices and challenge course starting in 2027.

“We have been at Moraine Farm since 2001, and it’s been a great home to us,” Senior Director of Operations, Ashley Lynch, commented. “Our current lease extends through the end of 2026. We would love to identify the next best home for our organization, for the next 10 years or more.”

The RFP contains details of the organization’s requirements for space, operational considerations, and the benefits of partnership that PA hopes to find with its next host.

PA clarified that it does not want to leave the Essex County area.

“We love it here at Moraine Farm,” said Executive Director Caitlin Small. “But we are open to a new future. We hope it can be in Beverly or a neighboring town. We love this community.”

Responses from interested parties are requested by June 15, 2025, but Small notes that responses do not need to be a formal commitment.

“We know this will take some conversation and understanding of each other’s interests and needs,” she said. “So anyone interested should reach out to start the conversation.”
