Youth Learning Programs Coordinator
Julia grew up in Northern California. While studying social work as an undergraduate at Gordon College, Julia participated and began working in outdoor adventure programs, leading groups on ropes courses, hiking, and canoeing trips. She’s currently studying Psychology at Cambridge College for her Masters degree which has helped her develop a greater understanding of people, and how we respond to life experiences. Julia has found that through her time with PA knowing how to navigate emotional responses to stressors is hugely important, and she’s enjoyed the intersection of her work and studies. Julia enjoys being outside, hiking, and playing frisbee. She’s a cat parent, and always enjoys a good iced coffee. She loves being able to meet new people and share experiences together, especially in our field of adventure.
